Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership has a great opportunity for a Bilingual PROGRAM/DATA SUPPORT in their WIC and HEALTH SERVICES PROGRAMS. Work location is the Pender Central Office. 40 hours per week M-F.  Hourly wage plus benefits. JOB SUMMARY:

The Program/Data Support staff person will assist in the day-to-day operation and organization of the WIC and Immunization Programs.  Duties include fielding client phone calls and assisting or referring clients as necessary.  Assist clients with scheduling of appointments.  Maintain the clinic appointment schedule.  Screen immunization clients which includes entering data into the immunization database and updating as necessary.  Assess household gross income and number in household, explain proper use of the eWIC card, WIC ID card and appointment card to participants and handle any other needed correspondence.  Make reminder appointment calls daily. Send out WIC reminder notices and Immunization recall cards as scheduled. Gather program data, submit various reports and summaries as requested. Complete public service announcements monthly and as requested. Participate in the development of the local Agency/Program Strategic Plan, State Plan/evaluations. Attend training as requested and travel as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of all participant/client information and follow Program and Agency standards and policies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate or GED required.  6 plus months of experience in a related field preferred.

WAGE & BENEFITS:
